Always a pleasure to host this amazing group of people!!! The generosity, kindness and willingness to share expertise exhibited by the IX Weightlifting group always touches my heart. Their belief in working on the spirit and the person while building the physical is near and dear to my heart. They bring energy, excitement and laughs wherever they go.
