Now that everyone has had a chance to allow their bodies to adapt to the new stimulus of exercise, its time to step on the gas a little. This week will be a great test for everyone and allow you to really begin to push the limits of your existing fitness level. Remember we never want to become comfortable, nor do we want to become complacent. Each day we want to strive to push the envelope and seek to do OUR best for ourseleves. At the end of the day you should be able to look in the mirror and know that in all aspects of your life you are giving it your all. That feeling of satisfaction of a job well done is your ultimate goal for this week.
