Today is the second lift we will focus on for the next few weeks. Be sure to try and make all the strength sessions as they are super important to your development. If you give them a chance you will find that you love them as much as you do Conquest. Lifting allows for encouragement, camaraderie and the sharing of others achievements. Nothing feels better than hitting a new PR that you have been striving for. Even if lifting is not your favorite, think about it as the laying of a foundation of which all of your other fitness elements are based off of. How do you become truly fit if you are as weak as a new born kitten? You don't.

Overhead Press
Find a max 5 RM

Rest as needed

30 Reps for Time
Guys @ 95 Gals @ 65
With hands on the bar do a push up chest to bar
Hop feet into Clean position
Power Clean
Jerk (push or split)
Return bar to floor
this equals 1 Rep
