We have made it this far into the school year and everyone has increased the fitness level and work capacity by leaps and bounds. Workouts will be posted for next week on Sunday, but it will be up to all of you to organize where and when you will be coming to train.
Over the Easter break try not to indulge too much, but remember that you still have to live life. Strive for nutritional balance and commit to remaining active.
