Time to check your fitness levels. Make sure to record your numbers during this workout and see where the drops in performance occur. Does it happen at a certain time frame of the workout? Does it happen from round to round? Does it happen at all? Does it happen only in specific exercises and not in others? These are questions you should be asking yourself when analyzing your results. Do not be happy to just record it and close the book on it. Part of the purpose of recording is to go back, look and analyze your weaknesses. Those weaknesses help to guide your training and are super important.
