You have made it through the first week and are still alive. You may be sore, you may ache and some of you may even think "why am I doing this?". It gets better. The better condition you are in the less you hurt. The more consistent you can be in your training, the less your body will rebel against you and make you regret taking a break or even worse, letting yourself get in such poor condition. Enjoy the weekend, but refocus yourself for next week. Good job to those who have kept their personal fitness level a priority.
