Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and is ready to get back to training. This is a 2 part workout. We will start with the front squat strength element and the move to the conditioning portion once everyone has completed the strength element. Remember not to rush through the strength portion and to focus on keeping correct technique throughout. The weight is currently prescribed as an amount you can handle with correct form.
