Yesterday's post dealt with the subject of commitment.  Today is all about follow through!  You see, follow through and commitment are 2 totally different and mutually exclusive items.  Many people commit to obligations, but not everyone follows through.  Individuals who are trying to decide whether or not to come to Conquest, continue at Conquest or begin incorporating Conquest need to commit.....and then follow through.  It is that follow through that will yield the gains that you are looking for.

Program 1 (Tabata Interval 8 rounds of 20 sec activity to 10 sec rest ratio)

Narrow stance Leg Press 4x25 (No Tempo)
Glute Hame Raise 4x10 (No Tempo)
Seated Calf Raise 1x20, 1x15, 1x10, 1x5 (3,3,3,3)
Bent Over Laterals 4x10 (No Tempo)
Throat Rows 4 x 12 (3,1,2,1)

Program 3 - Conquest
A. Front Squat 5 sets of 5 reps
B. AMRAP 10 Minutes
5 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
