Athlete Development Phase 3 (Continuation of Func. Weakness)

Here is the 3rd phase of the athlete development program.  The athlete development program is the continuation of the functional weakness based program.  Athletes should always seek to address functional weakness in order to maintain health and keep imbalances at bay.  However, as programming moves further from functional weakness basis, we see more development of athlete based characteristics thus we can no longer characterize this program as one based on functional weakness.
