Generalized Strength Program Phase 3

Here is the link to all 3 phases of the generalized strength program.

This program is designed for athletes who are looking for strength increases in general.  It is not the best fit for ultimate athletic performance, but will allow users to increase base levels of strength, power and add muscle to their frames.  If you are new to the fitness centre I suggest you start at the beginning, phase 1, of the program and work your way forward from there.
