The day before Christmas break has value!

There seems to be a common misconception out there these days that valid things do not happen in schools the day before the Christmas break.  That it is a day full of fun and games and not truly a valid teaching/instructional day worth attending.  My classes and I would like to challenge that perception!  LCI Fitness Sports Performance classes crush it to the end with multiple individuals hitting PR's and finding there technique!  Displaying the Grit, Respect, Empathy, Responsibility and Growth required to show up and invest in themselves and the people around them to the bitter end.  So proud to be a part of this community and watch these young adults follow through on an unwritten pact we made with each other at the beginning of the semester.  Results never lie!
